Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners has designed some packages for each island. But, we prefer to customize each wedding to reflect the couple, their interests, their personalities, and their desires. So, we have designed coordination packages that suit every couple's need, from very little involvement to total involvement. If you don't see what you need here, we will happily customize a package for your needs within a realistic budget.
SPECIAL WEDDING COORDINATION FEES
**HIWP is Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners
CEREMONY ONLY COORDINATION- $500 plus tax
This is for couples who have already hired vendors and secured the venue, and only needs our assistance with the ceremony. The couple is responsible for all payments and contracts.
HIWP will provide and interview and checklists to make sure the couple has not overlooked any details.
HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease. HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.
Couple will provide copies of all vendor and venue contracts and BEO's to HIWP.
HIWP will work with the couple to develop the Wedding Day Timeline and provide it to the couple and vendors involved.
Distribution and placement of flowers and decor not handled by the florist.
We will facilitate the event by guiding the vendors and directing the bridal party processional. This fee includes HIWP to be on site for a maximum of 2 hours. Additional time will cost $55 per hour.
HIWP will meet with the couple the day before the wedding for up to 30 minutes. This does not include our rehearsal fee. The rehearsal is to be arranged with the officiant and location by the couple. HIWP will attend and direct the rehearsal for an additional fee of $90.
If your wedding occurs outside the Honolulu area on Oahu outside of Kihei on Maui,outside of Kapaa on Kauai, or outside of Kona on the Big Island, a travel fee will be charged.
"IT'S A MONTH UNTIL MY WEDDING" COORDINATION:
$650 plus tax for weddings of 30 guests or fewer
$850 plus tax for weddings of 60 guests or fewer
$1200 plus tax for weddings of 100 guests or fewer
$1500 plus tax for weddings of between 100 and 150 guests
$2000 plus tax for weddings of more than 150 guests

HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease. HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.
HIWP will meet with the couple for 30 minutes on the day before the wedding. This is not a rehearsal. The rehearsal is to be arranged with the officiant and location by the couple. HIWP will attend and direct the rehearsal for an additional fee of $90.

Couple will provide the caterer's invoice and plan of action, as well as rentals that have been secured. This way HIWP can make sure that nothing has been overlooked or forgotten, and help the couple prepare a Floor Plan and Wedding Day Timeline.
HIWP will work with the couple to develop the Wedding Day Timeline and provide it to the couple and vendors involved.
HIWP will set up the couple's wedding items, including but not limited to the guest book, candy station, gift/reception table, place cards, gift card box, programs, fans, wedding favors, etc. Couple will provide verbal or written instructions for all items to HIWP.
If your wedding occurs outside the Honolulu area on Oahu outside of Kihei on Maui,outside of Kapaa on Kauai, or outside of Kona on the Big Island, a travel fee will be charged.
"HELP ME FINISH MY WEDDING PLANNING" COORDINATION: $1500 plus tax
This is for couples who wanted to plan everything on their own, but discovered how challenging that can be and need some assistance finishing up some details. This includes our assistance with selecting and hiring vendors, suggestions of decor and flowers, assistance with wording of programs and such, etc.
This includes of to 8 hours of hours of on-site/day-of wedding coordination, including the times from delivery and set up to break down and clean up. Additional time will cost $75 per hour.
HIWP will communicate with the couple via e-mail and phone as needed to obtain all necessary information and make the couple feel at ease.
HIWP will discuss with the couple the services and items still needed for the wedding and help the couple arrange the vendors and details.
HIWP will communicate with and reconfirm details with all vendors.

"THE TOTAL PACKAGE" COORDINATION: from $1850 and $3000 plus tax
This is our full service package for couples who need help to plan everything, This includes our assistance with selecting and hiring vendors and venue(s), suggestions of decor and flowers, assistance with wording of programs and such, etc. It also includes special requests, such as our researching resources for you (i.e. parasols, personalized aisle runners, sand ceremony items, specific types of invitations, lists of hotels or timeshares in certain areas, etc.).
This includes up to 3 days of HIWP personally visiting with vendors and locations with the couple during the decision-making process.
