SANSEI KAPALUA

Going back to Sansei in Kapalua tonight for my favorite foods there and a fun time with bartender Trudy.
The sushi chef always laughs at me because I always order Hamachi before I even order my drink! They have the best Japanese yellowtail.
I LOVE the Panko Crusted Ahi Sashimi Sushi Roll.

And, the Miso Butterfish is a MUST HAVE.

A treat is the Lobster & Blue Crab Ravioli, served in a Truffled Shiitake Mushroom and Madiera Cream Sauce. You'll wish they served bread so you could soak up the sauce. It is amazing!

If there is ANY room to share dessert, the apple tart with carmel sauce and ice cream is calorie-worthy.
