Purple has been my favorite color since I was 2 years old, and I love to wear the color black. Who knew this color combination would be such a SEXY and ELEGANT color palette for 2010 weddings. It coincides with the deep jewel tones (amethyst, onyx) and it is not limited to seasons. Linens and lighting will create the sexy and romantic feel, while little touches throughout the decor will provide an additional WOW factor! This color option can be fancy, whimsical, dramatic, contemporary, eccentric,  blinged out...anything goes. It is appropriate for daytime OR nighttime...there are truly no limits. This is the WOW FACTOR you've been looking for and it can be done in so many different ways. Every wedding can look unique. Brides, you can have your white wedding dress (maybe with purple shoes!) for the ceremony, and change into a black and/or purple dress for your reception! Guests can even dress in your color theme, and it won't be a challenge to find the approrpriate forms of dress in your color theme. Have fun with the black and purple! We hope these ideas help...
